How to make a sword

If your interested in making a sword the way i did then you should follow these steps:
1. I first went to home depot or other hardware store and bought some metal.

2. I then went home and shaped it like the way a sword should look with out the hilt shown in the middle of the above image. For this you can use a hack saw to cut it in this shape(this is what i used).


3. Now you can make the hilt by getting to blocks of wood and carve the tang into both sides of the wood so that when you glue the two blocks together the tang can fit snuggly in the hole created.


4. You shape it so that you may have the shape of your hilt to the desired shape.

And there you go you have a nicely made sword!!
